A Microsoft sponsored survey recently sought to reveal how much starting capital typical small business start-ups require. The results were encouraging if you feel that a lack of funds may prevent you from setting up your own business.
The findings discovered that 7% of the entrepreneurs polled started out with zero capital (yes not so much as a shiny penny), while 40% of the businesses used under £1,000 to set up.
