A cracking Forbes article has revealed that many jobs could still be shed as the global economy continues to stutter and stumble.
The article cites the continuing economic slowdown in China coupled with, at best, sclerotic economic performance in the European and US economies as the major factors that could lead to further job cuts, including in the UK and USA. On top of the economic gloom, earnings from major US and European companies continue to disappoint.
The article also makes some interesting observations about the make up of the job market going forward.
