BusinessZone have asked various small business owners what their business new year resolutions are for 2013. There were some vivid and thought provoking responses – for instance, Nick Moore from We Trade It resolves to build the company’s USP while engaging in newer systems and technology.
Andrew West from Obsidian Wellness appears to be very budget focused, and wants the year to be all about financial control and building a cash surplus for expansion.
Ed Molyneux from Freeagent believes 2013 should be the year of customer focus, while keeping a hawk eye on key business metrics.
